We are a family run, local farm in Virginia, South Australia, specialising in growing hydroponic tomatoes.
Our family have been growing tomatoes for 30+ years!
HOW IT ALL STARTED
Grandpa was the first immigrant to start farm in South Australia. He travelled to Australia by boat in the 1960’s to set up our very first farm in Virginia. Since then the family now own and run 7 successful farms!

HOW TO STORE YOUR TOMATOES
UNRIPE
Stem side down, in a paper bag or in a cardboard box in a single layer. Place in a cool area until they turn red in colour.
RIPE
keep at room temperature on the counter away from sunlight. Make sure they’re in a single layer, not touching one another, and stem side up.
OVERRIPE
Refrigerate and before eating, take them out until room temperature. This will allow the tomatoe to develop some of the flavour it has lost due to refrigeration.
